Had an awesome trip with friends! We explored the National World War II Museum and hit up the Frenchmen Street Jazz Clubs for some live music. The hotel was great for relaxing after a day of outlet shopping.

One downside was the staff's communication. some didn't speak much English which made getting help a bit tricky. I'd recommend confirming your room details to avoid any mix-ups like we faced.

The hotel staff were accommodating, especially the front desk clerk who gave us a suite upgrade without us asking, very clean and spacious. The breakfast, while not gourmet, had enough variety for my kids to choose from. They loved those waffles!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable for what we got.

I recently stayed overnight in a King Room and faced numerous issues, including unclean bedding and a lack of advertised amenities like a microwave. Parking was plentiful, but that didn't make up for the unsatisfactory service. I suggest confirming room details before arrival.

Location was fab! I had to switch rooms three times, but when they finally got it right, it was comfy enough to sleep off my adventures!
